Owner & Registered Dietitian

My name is Steven Lindsay and I began Lindsay Dietetic Services when I realized there was a need for Dietitian services in the Central Valley for disease management and prevention. I graduated with an Undergraduate in Food and Nutritional Sciences from California State University, Fresno, and later received my Registered Dietitian credential from Keith & Associates Dietetic Internship in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In my practice I strive to develop relationships with patients and to treat them with dignity and respect. Together we make necessary healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes. For patients with diabetes, kidney disease, gastrointestinal issues, or any other chronic illnesses that can be managed through dietary interventions, I would love to help you. Please reach out to us today to learn more about how we can help you.

Genny Himes

Registered Dietitian

I received my bachelor’s degree at Fresno State in Food and Nutrition Sciences; Dietetics option and continued to complete my Dietetic Internship with Fresno State throughout the Central Valley. Prior to coming aboard Lindsay Dietetic Services I worked in acute and long term care as well as community health. I was born and raised in Fresno and love it here, especially having the Sierra Nevada mountain range in our backyard and so many fresh farmers markets. I believe diet is an impactful tool to our health, while also a social and deeply personal experience. My goal in my career is to come alongside and support others in improving their health and vitality for a high quality of life with their loved ones through diet and lifestyle changes. In my free time, you can find me hiking or snowshoeing, backpacking, mountain biking, kayaking, and shooting traditional archery.

I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition from Grand Canyon University in April 2022. I will be continuing my education, pursuing a Masters program in Dietetics in 2023. I am passionate about the ways nutrition can transform the human body, and hope to obtain a career working with athletes as a Sports Dietitian. During my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, traveling, working out, cooking, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends.

Registered Dietitian

I’m originally from Southern California where I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with my Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. After graduating college, I was accepted into the California State University, Fresno Dietetic Internship Program. Once completing my Dietetic Internship I immediately hired on with Nutrition Therapy Essentials and worked as a Consultant Dietitian for the past three years in acute and long term care prior to joining the Lindsay Dietetics team! I have been married to my amazing husband for the past four years and we just had our first child at the beginning of the year! Not only do I love spending time with them, but we also like to explore new places! Lastly, baking is something that I love to do, especially cupcakes, trying new recipes in general is always a blast!
